It's really not that easy. Most characters need to set up themselves as who they are in the Abbey, and once they've done that, not everyone 'wants' to be a leader. That's a lot of responsibility. Go ahead and try if you think you can do it, but you'll find that it's a lot harder than just RPing and trying.

I have to agree with Toni. Leading isn't always easy. It takes much time, patience (Icly and OOCly). It has its good times and bad times. Definatly having a char mingling with the other residents in a group getting to know them and bringing in a good deal of rp is definatly a move towards leading. Some can lead, some follow. Its hard to explain how to lead. To some it comes naturally, others can just pick up on it in time. Good luck with it. I hope this helped ;)
