Long Patrol Uniforms

The Long Patrol uniform descriptions.

The Long Patrol is broken down into several ranks and positions. Thus, it is understandable that there needs to be an IC means of distinguishing these individuals. The following uniform descs should be incorporated into Long Patrol characters' descriptions.

Fighter

The uniform of a Long Patrol fighter-hare is quite basic. It consists of a leafy green tunic that is quite thick. It seems to be designed so that it keeps out the cold but can also have the sleeves quickly removed, allowing for it to be altered to suit the situation. The pants that go with the tunic are a dark, earthy brown, the mud and dirt does not discolour them and they are lightweight, designed with the marching hare in mind. A black belt surrounds the top of the pants, going over the tunic to that the uniform is tightly fitting and yet the wearer can still move about with ease. Both trousers and tunic are densely populated with pockets of various sizes, each one the correct size for containing a certain handy tool. The arms and shoulders of the tunic bump slightly, from the looks of it there are hardened pads under the material, for light protection. This uniform carries a small Long Patrol insignia sown into the front pocket, and a black badge on either shoulder. Each badge shows a single white line, perhaps the most basic rank, showing this hare to be a fighter.
