Tsar Nicolai Jette - The absolute ruler and founder of the city of Jettekstan. Jette found the city after a military conquest with a long dead and forgotten army. The land was found to be a quarry for stone, but deeper excavation found marbles and granites which have been mined and sold to various lands, thus, the source of Jettekstan's wealth.
Princess Jasmeena Jette - Eldest child of Jette. The Princess is engaged to the Slaughterthane from Ruingate.
Prince Arkadiy Naresh Jette - Youngest child of Jette and hier to the throne.
Chancellor Khitroi Luchniavich Katkandri - High minister and counsellor of the Tsar. Full power of the Tsar is given to the Chancellor in the Tsar's absence.
Mikhail Bolshavic - Head servant to the Jette family. Retired military officer.
Grand Duke Nikolai Yuri Varikov - Married to the Grand Duchess Nikita Varikov.
Grand Duchess Nikita Mavra Varikov - Niece of the Tsar and wife of the Grand Duke Nikolai Varikov.
