Part One Character name: Jukka Hietala Character age: 10.5 Seasons Character desc: Jukka Hietala is an average-sized shrew, which isn't saying much, though he looks rather fierce and cunning enough. His fur is thick and messy, and the term scruffy-looking could come to one's mind. It is strangely soft though, and the normal coloring of black spreading across his back, that goes grey on his underbelly. The shrew has very dark green eyes, that look black at a casual glance, and his pointed muzzle is covered in thick, nearly translucent whiskers and it ends off in a brownish nose. For clothing, Jukka wears a large dark grey tunic, which goes down to his thighs, but is bound around the middle by a thick black belt, which carries a curving saber, that nearly drags along the ground when in its sheath. A black kilt can be seen beneath the tunic, worn at the bottom, but it is apparent that he is wearing short pants, of the same color, beneath it. Sturdy, tied black boots finish it all off, though they only come up to his ankles, and many times the strings are undone.

Brief summary of character's backstory: Jukka was born somewhere on the north-west shore, where, when he was young, a group of vermin took him and many others as captives. The shrew grew up there, serving beasts, but escaped with the others in an uprising when he was old enough. Now he has heard of the GUOSIM and is traveling to join up with the group on his own.

Part Two In one or two sentences... Why do you want to join the Guosim, OOCly? I figures that since I had never played a shrew before that it would make for better opportunities to RP. I thought it had the potential of being fun.

Why do you want to join the Guosim, ICly? Because after I escaped and heard of the Guosim, I thought it would be a good opportunity to fight those that make goodbeasts lives miserable.

You are walking along the River Moss with two other Guosim comrades, and just downstream, you see a weasel robbing an unarmed and helpless water vole maid at knifepoint. Roleplay the next one pose, how your character would react to such a situation.

Jukka comes to a complete halt as he witnesses the robbery and the shrew's hackles rise. He casts about for a stone that may be nearby. This is thrown quickly at the weasel. Before the vermin can even react, he has already drawn the saber from his belt, eyes narrowing. "Oy there! Why don' y'come an' pick on beasts who c'n defen' 'emselves!"

You are with the Guosim on a trip to Redwall Abbey to join a celebratory feast. You see the red-stoned walls growing in the distance. Roleplay the next one pose, how your character would react to such a situation.

A smile spreads across Jukka's face as he spots the walls looming up ahead and he looks about at his companions. "Ah..There's a sigh', ain' it?" He takes in a deep breath of the air as they stride towards the abbey.

Part Three What is IC? IC is In-Character, meaning it is happening to your character and in the correct place and time-line, so you should act accordingly. What is OOC? OOC is out-of-character. This is you, yourself. That is, the actor. What is a twink? A twink is when you make any physical contact with another character when the player did not give you permission.

Part One Character name:Ranselfurr Character age: 10 Seasons Character desc:Ranselfurr is a young looking shrew with eyes that are full of vigor. He is a very short shrew with a friendly face.He wears a striking brown cloak that has been decorated with lovely red stitching along the border.His spiky fur is well maintained and brushed back,held there by a small cord of twine.He carries with him a small bag,that has a few leaves sticking out that seem to be used in the healing arts.His paws are shod with black sandals and those,quite like the robes,look to be very well cared for.His staff is a short piece of wood which has a tassel at the top.Also,more hard to notice,is a small dagger on his left hip. Brief summary of characters backstory: Ranselfurr grew up in Redwall Abbey, learning under the wise old mice that lived there. He never knew his parents, and the Abbot could not help Ranselfurr in finding out anything about them. So he chose the path of a healer and had a deep longing to help all creatures, and not only that, but to defend those whom he loved. Feeling that he needed to see more of the world Ranselfurr said a tearful goodbye to his home and set out to join GUOSIM.

Part Two: Why do i want to join OOCly I like the shrews, how they can never agree & must argue on everything. They're one of the funniest groups in Redwall & I would love to RP as a shrew. Why do i want to join ICly I was brought up with the beliefs of helping everyone, and protecting the weak and those who are close to me. I feel that I would be a good addition to your Union.

Ranselfurrs' paw tightens around his staff and he quickly rushes the weasel and his staff connects with the back of the weasels head. The stunned weasel falls to the ground and Ranselfurr helps the vole maid to safety. You are with the Guosim on a trip to Redwall Abbey to join a celebratory feast. You see the red-stoned walls growing in the distance. Roleplay the next one pose, how your character would react to such a situation. As the walls of the Abbey come into view a lighthearted joyous feeling comes over Ranselfurr. "Well there she is, Redwall Abbey fellows!" He throws his arms around his comrades for a moment then walks merrily onward- the taste of cinammon scones fresh in his mind! Part Three What is IC? IC is in character, talking & acting the way you would see your character act in the book. What is OOC? OC is out of character, meaning you can talk freely & not worry about the consequences. What is a twink? A twinks' when you touch another character and they didn't give their approval.

Brief summary of character's backstory: LAssinek has wandered moosflower for many years after her parents drowned, and has recently found the guosim.

Part Two In one or two sentences... Why do you want to join the Guosim, OOCly? To help promote their growth, and because it'll be a fun experience to have a shrew.

Name: Lassinek Age:9 Seasons Description: Before you is a young maid. Appears to be something like a scruffy mouse with a red headband. Though scruffy, she seems to have a bit of attractiveness. She has the curves of the feminine form. Her eyes (brown) sparkle sort of, and her mouth is often curved into a smile. Her tail is unusually long, and furrier than with most shrews. In her belt is a pouch, full of stones, and a red sling. HIstory: Lassinek was born to a mom and dad with an older brother, living happily. But that changed a few seasons ago when her happy home was destroyed in the earthshake, killing all but her. She then took her ather's stones and sling, and wandered. Everytime she ran into anyone doing wrong, she tried to intervene, sometimes succesfully, sometimes not.

Why you want to Join OOC: I tohught habving a shrew might be fun. Plus the GUOSIM seem really cool in the books. Why you want to join IC: She just stumbled upon them one day, and decided that she would be better off with her own kind. Sitch 1: Lassinek nudges the other shrews. "Circle 'im, ey?" When they do so, she says, sling whirling and whizzing, "Stop right where you are, weasel. You happen to be surrounded, so no running off." Sitch 2: Lassinek is walking at the back, humming along. The abbey slowly come sinto view, and she says, "So this is the legendary redwall, ey?" She turns to a comrade. "Let's hope there feasts are as legendary as the place they're held in."

What is IC: IC in In Character, or what your character is doing. What is OOC: OOC is out of character, or what /you/ are doing. What is a Twink: A twink is a form of godmoding where you do something to another's character without permission, such as pose : stabs soandso with a rapier. without asking permission first.
