Abandoned Areas

I have a bit of a habit of @take/@chowning things once in a while, when I find them. Even though I love owning 1404 objects... I really don't need them, and if anyone would like one of said areas/rooms to build on and revive (ie use the place as it is (limited modifications) and expand it) or make into your own area, please speak with me, as the large amount of stuff makes it difficult to do anything with or manage (ie it just sits around as my object instead of chown_char's). Which would be fine, if I were doing something with it.
