'+community #join' is the command for joining a community. Just typing '+community' shows whether a room is a community room or not and if it is lidts the number of available exits. If you join a community room, it makes an exit off the room (decreasing the available exit count by one) and makes a default roo after it, it then assigns that room as your home, ie you will now be sent to that room if you type 'home' or 'gohome'.
