Just a note: Once the fairgrounds are set up, interested parties can set up their own booths: with anything from IC food and merchandise, to URLs that will direct people to your artwork and fanfiction! So go at it.

IC Diplomacy??

If there are IC goings on here, should there be some inter-group diplomacy? It would be a bad idea to just have some creatures show up trying to cause trouble. Conflict is good, too much trouble is not.

I suggest having one of the four rooms being a merchants circle area from various areas. The +community thing is definatly a good idea. Perhaps one of the areas can be for various games and activities, another a main gathering area (for like stage perfomances, ect ect.)If I think of anything else, I'll post again.

What It Is: A tent devoted to entertaining, ale and pretty ladies (And gents)! The patron's of this tent will be serviced in dramatic, interesting ways with the flair and pomp of the employee's. There will be plenty of spontaneous musical's, ballad contests, drinking under the table and exotic food. The employee's are encouraged to show off their talents, draw in crowds and have a good old time in the meanwhile.

Who the Scarlet Butterfly is looking for:
Dancers - All types of dancer's are welcome, but they must be able to dance on a table in a pinch! Must be able to wear flouncy outfits!
Singers - The singer's are generally expected to start up the rowdy ballads, or croon a tune of the old times to the elderly patrons, or make up lyrics on the spot! All types of voices are welcome, but please don't break the glasses!
Cooks - Bring your culinary skills to The Scarlet Butterfly! We welcome all types of food, and encourage a variety of different and tantalizing dishes. But please don't use any of the patrons for ingrediants.
Barkeeps - Can you pour, mix and toss with your eyes closed? Then we need you! We're looking for dramatic, playful bartender's that spice up the usually casual affair of ordering a drink.
Cat'r'Caller's - The Scarlet Butterfly is looking for kids (or adults) that can run about the fair and hand out pamplet's, or lead any potiental patrons back to the tent! They must be loud, outgoing and have no problem talking to strangers.
Bouncer's - Sometimes things just don't go as planned, and that's why we need the big burly types to toss out a problem! But here at the Scarlet Butterfly, it's required you boot them out with a smile!
Remember! There can be more then one beast for each position! If someone's playing a dancer, you can be one too! It goes for all positions. Just remember to try and work together. ---
Species: This is a group that welcome's all species, but there's a warning for woodlanders that join up! This sort of joint attracts vermin, but it is a At your own risk affair! The bouncer's are ordered to protect all employee's, no matter species.
Uniforms: To be decided later. But please comment with suggestions of uniforms for each type of employee!
