The abbey might be a good place to start once you have your character created. In order to access the muck, click on the welcome tab at the top and look in the To jump right in section for the link saying 'click here' that will open up a telnet connection to the game, just follow the instructions there to set up your character and get one of the helpers to create you :)

I need a time, meaning to log on, not to set up a charactor.
