There is a place created for pretty much what you suggested: the "Frequently Asked Questions page":http:/help/faq in the Help section. It has its own discussion forum so that players and staffers alike can answer common questions and share vital information. It has been rather spammy, so I've just archived it, and I've linked it to the "main discussion page":http:/discussion so that it's easily accessible.
