If you run a search (top of the page underneath the MUCK logo) there's an option that allows you to select the content you see according to certain dates. It's a drop-down menu under 'new items since'. I usually search according to 'since yesterday' but there is an option for 'since last login'. It can be buggy, possibly due to the fact that many of us don't hit 'log out' when we leave but just close the browser down. That means you might come up with a list of four or five pages of content, which is why I use 'yesterday' instead. Have a go and see what works for you.
