Group Formation: 2003/10 - 2004/02
Group Formation
When groups form, finding members is a real nightmare. So, this page lists groups as they form, and gives players looking for membership a place to start.
Since the site is brand new, go ahead and announce your existing groups here as well!
Groups large or small get pages in the groups section for as long as they are active. Be warned: activity is a judgement call by the management, so if you want to keep your pages, use them!
Discussion Rules
- BEFORE POSTING read the group how-to page!
- Don't use this page to list events (use news for that).
- Don't discuss group issues here (use the groups area when you get one)
- Don't use this to dissolve your group (send email to redwall@members.limitless.org for that)
This is an archived board. Please post on the current discussions.

A small group of vermin run by the mysterious rat, Graz'zt is slowly growing in numbers. Some from the depths of the old Shackle lead by Lord Ives and others new to Mossflower altogether. What is their purpose, their goal? Utter domination? Destruction of all good and pure? Or are they just searching for some good wine? :) Hehe. If interested contact Graz'zt via page #mail on the MUCK.

Tentative Smuggling Group

A group of smugglers from various parts of the known world allied together in a ring of trade and thievery. Just an idea I've been pondering over in my head. The group would be made up of independent traders or beasts from groups with slaves or goods to trade and sell. Post a comment or page #mail Nabis if interested.

The Western Shore Patrol

The Western Shore Patrol
This group is an off-shoot of the well-known Long Patrol, and is closely allied with the mountain of Salamandastron. However, unlike the Long Patrol, this section includes not only hares but all manner of woodland species. While they are not stationed in the mountain of Salamandastron but instead near the fishing village of Halyard, they are still trained to the standard quality of any patrol hare. Furthermore, they are commanded by a Colonel of the Long Patrol, though all other officers are actual members of the Western Shore Patrol.
The group itself will be restricted to one division, but that still leaves plenty of slots to be filled. To start out, positions such as fighter, healer, and runner will be available, as well as such positions as cook and even recruit (a char too young to join the LP, but who is nonetheless training up to do so). Beyond that, officer positions will be available, including both lieutenant and major spots, but these are available only by way of applying.
Check the MOTD for information on a TP involving this yet-to-be-formed group which will be coming up in the next two weeks, at the end of January.

The "Thieve's Guild"

No, no, this isn't the Thieve's Guild you once knew, not at all. This is the new and (not so) improved Thieve's Guild, and it's centered in the Redwall Abbey/Dirt Road area.
Basically, I've grown tired of every single verminy group having a castle. I mean, in the books vermin didn't have a castle unless they -conquered- it, right? But every verminy group these days seems to have one, and when have I ever been one to go along with the crowd?
So, if you'd like to see a return to the old days when vermin were really verminy, make an alt! Contact either June or Decker, or heck, just strike up a convo with one of them in their favorite haunt, the Black Gull, and let the verminy fun begin!
[Disclaimer: June and Decker are extremely immature, and cannot be held responsible for stealing 'The Thieve's Guild' title, as they are quite the idiots. Anyone else stupid enough to join them? Do, do.]

After recent renovations and a lengthy period of... planning, Brockhall will be opening once again. The community is ruled by Lord Boar of Brockhall, who is the -undisputed- command at the moment. No other badgers will be accepted to this group, but any mouse, squirrel, or hedgehog is welcome. Otters and moles are -rarely- admitted, for certain habitat-related reasons. The tree itself is extensive, yet not a labyrinth. It's well-described and easily navigated. Please consider, and page Boar (or Oxeye or Kent) for details.

Ferravale

The village of Ferravale is open for settlement for beasts wanting a home without worrying about neighbors. Stretched out among the sheltered woodlands, it is cut off from travel except by sea or a single trail. While the population is mostly mustelid in nature, any may wish to live here. Drako's Order Guard keeps things quiet and the Council could care less what you do for a living. Ferravale is a Nuetral village, making it a safe haven for anyone.
If anyone would like to have a home there, page mail Ferret with details.

Castle Marl

Beasts lie hidden within the old remnants of Castle Marl. Once within it, lived the Marlfoxes, a mystical group of foxes. But things have changed to a degree. A tribe of foxes have now taken refuge there for a few seasons and claimed the castle as their own home. Slowly rebuilding it, these peaceful tribebeasts (very very very few warriors, mainly druids(seers) and healers, and a pawful of crafters) now live inside searching for the mysteries within and the secrets the Marlfoxes once held, hoping to unlock them. If interested, send Talib a p-mail. Only foxes can join and must be good/neutral. The only other big rule is, the tribe is very much indian-like, tribal and proud of its heritage (wearing dark greens and browns, using very few metal weapons, hatchets, slings ect. Simple items) :)

Skurvash is a Evil/neutral horde that consists mainly out of pirates, assassins and common soldiers and it is based in the south western end of the Endless Ocean. Any species is allowed to join the horde as long as the char is evil or neutral. The same thing applies to slaves only they have to be good or neutral in alignment.
Anyone that's interested or has questions can drop me (Mysic) a page (#mail). I hope to hear soon from you guys. ;)
