I was poking around the site, and for lack of any reference (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong) we could possibly focus a large-scale plot over finding the (at current) missing Martin Sword, and possibly returning it to Redwall Abbey or having all groups make a mad power-grab for it.

I was thinking maybe that some bullrush (amphibians and reptiles) tribes lying dormant for years could suddenly emerge by the hundreds of thousands, becoming a problem for vermin and woodlanders alike. And these tribal warriors would be no pushovers in combat either making them not so expendable. I would be happy to create an alt just for that purpose.
