What do you wish someone would make happen?

You think the Abbey should be attacked again? Would it be amusing for a group of slavers to catch a group of under-cover hares from Salamandastron?

You want it? Ask for it! And comment on the suggestions of others. The discussions here should eventually reflect within the MU's play.

Note: You have to be a member to speak. See Joining the website for details.

Storm

Posted by: Marie at 2004-06-28

I don't know if this counts as an event... it's more of a RP-starter. The weather in the MUCK is an unknown. It's always up to the imaginations of the RPers. Could there be a sudden week of storming? A hurricane? A tornado? Something that would be unchangeable, but require instant reaction.

Flood

Posted by: Boar at 2004-07-09

It's official. As of the morning of July 10th, the Broadstream will be flooded.

It's a flash-flood. No previous warnings, no previous heavy rain. The water will surge in from the ocean, raising the water level and generally making a muck of things on the MUCK. Hee.

The water will not return to its normal level until at least the 23rd, but... It may just go all summer, if it increases RP opportunities! And even after the water returns to normal, remember the side effects of a flood: mud, debris, waterlogging, dirty water...

Those around the Broadstream determine the damage. The descriptions will state the water level has changed, but those in the towns like Ruingate and Mapleleaf will determine how their towns are affected. Is your well overflooded? Is your water dirty now? Will you have to look elsewhere for trade, if you can't cross the Broadstream?

Have fun!

Heat Wave

Posted by: Samuel at 2004-07-15

Perhaps a heat wave hits Mossflower making beasts sick (or worse) and drying up much needed water sources. May bring in more of the lizard-type species (a group of lizards/newts/monitors/ect..) roam up from the Southlands causing trouble. Be a interesting way to bring in more evil vermin into the scene.
