As in requests before this, there have been the urges to get Collinsel City back into a fully functioning group. Though it seems that no steps have been taken to reach this goal, and I am willing to take the steps forward and try and make the city of collinsel a great city...again. I am asking now, that if Vaticus, would possibly hand the power of controlling collinsel over, so that we can reinstate it to its former glory, we can work together to get this job done. I am asking now for your public support, to possibly influence his descision on handing over the power of the city. Hey Shiloh,
I've been campaigning for permission to take over/rehabilitate the city on and off for months now, but I can't seem to contact Vaticus. I have the previous experience as Castle Director, managing major TPs like Queen Isabel's coronation, the Thieves Guild Trials and public executions, etc., adding things to the city like the Collinsel Merchant's Centre, the Homeless Shelter, the City Directory, the "coll" skills group, and stimulating rp during one of the city's most active periods. I've sent page mails and emails, but received no reply, not even to be turned down. So I don't know what's up with that. But if there really is any chance of Collinsel being revived again, my hat's definitely in the ring for region coordinator/monarch. What were your ideas for the region?
