Mumble

Can we bring back the mumble command? The mumble command was fun because, unlike whisper, it could be used ICly to communicate semi-secret information between parties in a room. The fun part was not knowing which tidbits of your conversation would be made randomly audible to other parties and which wouldn't. :) Of course, you could do the same with spoof, but it wouldn't have that unpredictable randomizing element. I miss this command and thought it was useful to rp. Why was it removed?

I don't know why mumble doesn't work. It's still there, but it's badly outdated. It's probably not part of NMC's software load.

But I'll get it working again (or most likely re-write it).
