I'm finding it incredibly frustrating to even get a character going on the MUCK. I'm new to Redwall MUCK (new to MUCKs in general) and no one responds to my que of having a New Character. I've now waited two hours and have given up. There are 3 staff online but they all must be ignorant or afk. They shouldn't bother being on if they're not going to bother to be there to do the job they are supposed to do.
This has me rather annoyed as I was hoping the Redwall MUCK enviornment would be friendly and inviting. I guess I was wrong as no one is ever around to help me! It's late afternoon/early evening and there should be PLENTY of people around to approve my character but there is NONE. Please hire more wizards and help staff, this is really stupid.

Page my alt Furgo when you go in. If there should be plenty on, what timezone are you in?
Many people find the idea of "being helpers" like a prize instead of a way to be able to really help.
I'm sorry there was a problem getting your character activated. I may just solve this with technology if the complaints keep coming in.

That's just sad that people consider it a prize to be a helper. I am a helper, and I help guests every chance I get. The only problem is when I page them asking them if I can be of assistance they tend to disconnect without answering.
