What supposed vermin problem might that be? And how would the Long Patrol or the Guosim solve it? From your prior posts, I got the impression we were talking about the un-canonness of Redwall and it's lack of current official leadership.

If we're going to get into the whole 'omigosh vermin in Redwall?!' thing again, allow me to restate my feelings (as I said, this is an old, and very beaten dead horse) by giving you a link to an essay I wrote several months ago on this very topic (and what is required for a canon Redwall in general).
