If the ones 'in charge' of the Abbey feel they aren't up to the work, then others should take up the reigns and help. Or new leaders chosen to do it. I'm not here to preach or anything (or /lead/ or attempt to) but to help. I got experiance that can help and willing to aid and listen. I've had my fair share of fighting and arguing, I'm done. Time to work together. Alright? Good.
