You want a group to grow? Throw more TPs that aid the Abbey. TPs draw attention to everyone. Keep the site updated..let people know what the abbey /needs/ and is looking for. Crafters. Monks. Many things. Not warriors. I believe the Abbey needs a lot more mice and woodlanders as well. As for the Order-give info about it. Get the word out what the Abbey stands for..and /won't/ stand for. If the leaders feel they can't lead, then ask for aid. Even I have done it before when things grew hard. Roll with the punches.

If the ones in charge of the Abbey feel they aren't up to the work, then others should take up the reigns and help. Or new leaders chosen to do it. I'm not here to preach or anything (or /lead/ or attempt to) but to help. I got experiance that can help and willing to aid and listen. I've had my fair share of fighting and arguing, I'm done.
