If it's owned by Chown_Char, then @take it (and it's parent room) and go for it.
If it's not owned by Chown_Char, you'd have to talk to its owner.

Actually, Boar owns the builder for Loemhedge. As for people going there, there isn't many IC reasons to go there. Its a abbey now in ruins, collapsed into the earth. Not much left but rock and dirt. Though some hidden underground caverns may still exist with secrets held inside of them, and possible there could be things that were left behind before Loemhedge collapsed. Could be a interesting area to live in if not confusing or whatnot. If interesting in doing something with Loemhedge, contact Boar and if you want to get something going there, lemme know. I'm always willing to help (though most of my time is focused on Mapleleaf) even if busy :)
