Type '+help +radio' when you're on the MUCK and that'll tell you what to do.
Basically, you can type a command to set a room to broadcast.
Type '+radio on' to turn the radio on. If you type '+radio tune' then you will be able to see everything that goes on in rooms that are set to broadcast.
Anyways, all the instructions are in +help +radio, and anyone can use it.
