I have heard of a radio function mentioned in certain blogs and am curious as to whether a normal player (i.e. Non-admin) may access it. If so, how does one go about doing so? I thank you for your time, whomever decides to respond to this.

Type +help +radio when you're on the MUCK and that'll tell you what to do.
Basically, you can type a command to set a room to broadcast.
Type +radio on to turn the radio on. If you type +radio tune then you will be able to see everything that goes on in rooms that are set to broadcast.
Anyways, all the instructions are in +help +radio, and anyone can use it.
