I went throught the tutorial, but I still don't understand anything. Then I tride to create a character, but then I tried to log on and it said the character wasn't there! Please can someone help me??

Creating a character is finished with a helper activating the character. If you logged in as a guest, setup everything, and thought you were done, you likely missed that step.
If you did have a helper activate the character, then it's probably just a password issue.
Drop me an email (brianj@otterspace.com) and tell me the name of the character you created and I'll look into it.
