Extra things to let us know if you choose:

• 1 Alt per person is allowed in a Limited Quantity position. Up to 2 additional alts are allowable in Unlimited Quantity positions, such as Guards, Messengers, Exporters, Transporters, and Slaves. Let us know if you are interested in having alts join. This right will be revoked if it is found that more than the allowed number of alts have joined without permission. We reserve the right without dispute to revoke this privilege from any player.
• If you have Group-Administrative experience, have a substantial amount of free time, and wish to help with OOC Administration, let us know!
• If you have Building experience, have free time, and wish to help, let us know!

Step Four

Short RP Test

An Administrator or delegated recruiter will meet up with you to complete a short RP test. Our standards aren't particularly high, we just want to make sure that you indeed have a basic understanding of roleplay commands and etiquette. It should only take 10 to 15 minutes. If you have previously roleplayed with Ronan, Dasting, or NurJehan, or can provide a verifiable log of an rp you have participated in, you may be exempt from this.

Some things we will look for

Proper use of spoof, say/", pose/:, whisper, room-page, page. You should also be familiar with concepts of roleplay etiquette, and terms such as godmodding/powergaming/twinking.

Be Aware!

We take our policies seriously. If a player is granted membership and it becomes known to an Administrator that the player employs undesirable or inappropriate roleplay practices (such as twinking/godmodding, is being generally rude or distasteful, or is breaking OOC rules), the following actions may be taken (depending on the severity of the infraction):

• He/She will receive a first(1st) warning with an option for coaching in positive roleplay practices and IC/OOC etiquette.
• Upon the 2nd complaint, a second(2nd) warning will be issued, and OOC coaching will be mandatory, but the player may still be allowed to roleplay freely within the group.
• Upon the 3rd complaint, the player will be placed under mentorship supervision within the group, and will only be allowed to RP under the supervision of an assigned mentor (may be more than 1 mentor).
• Upon the 4th complaint, the player will face either temporary or permanent suspension, depending on the severity of their infractions.
• If a player is reinstated from temporary suspension or from the mentorship supervision program and continues to misbehave, he/she will be permanently banned from group membership and reported to game staff.
• Any banned players attempting to have an alt unfamiliar to UMOCHIP Administration re-join will be reported to game staff.
• If it becomes necessary for a group Administrator to report a problem player to game staff, all logged complaints (with proof if available) about that player's infractions will be provided to the staffer for review.
• Administrators reserve the right to skip any of the initial counseling steps and go right to a staffer with a report on the problem player if the infraction is deemed duly severe.
