What's the job?:

• The location and restoration/relocation/demolition of abandoned (chown_char) regions
• Maintainance and repair of usable but unlinked, badly described, or otherwise misconstructed rooms
• The instruction of building techniques to those who wish to build
• Create and maintain a variation of IC communities for differing categories, all of which sharing the main purpose of providing players homes and places to roleplay
• The answering of any questions regarding: Building rooms/objects/vehicles/zombies, Setting properties, Describing rooms/items/players using lsedit, @desc and various other methods, +locks, and general commands

What do I need in order to do the job?:

• The ability to view a directory or list of and claim chown_char regions/rooms using the @take command.
• The ability to move/re-parent exits/rooms using the @unlink and @teleport commands.
• The ability to set up and edit community housing using +community commands.
• The ability to easily examine and make changes for the better to Public Regions/Rooms
