            The industrial might of Saricus is centered around the gathering of tin, copper, and iron. Seasons ago the task of mining was considered a noble trade like any other, however now that the veins have all but dried up the employment field has vanished. What minerals remain in the mountain are now pulled free by the sweat and blood of the inmates of the Carcer Prison. Branching from such an operation, the primary export and selling point from the city is the valueable compound metal bronze, while iron is primarily kept within the bounds of Saricus for upkeeping purposes.

      In the contemporary age, the government has shifted from gathering revenue through production to utilizing wide and strenuous tariffs. The most notable taxations enforced by the government range from the colosseum's gambling charges, exportation tax, to the ever present sales tax. However, being widely interested in trade with others, the council rarely imposes upon imported products.
